April 26, 2019: Craig Finn Drops "I Need a New War", mastered by Dave Gardner

Craig Finn via Instagram: As of today, you can listen to I Need A New War as part of a First Listen at @nprmusic. It comes out officially next week on 4/26 on the always awesome @partisanrecords. Lots of wonderful people did a ton of work in making this record, and I’m indebted to all of them, but I’m going to wait until next week's release date to break out that speech. A lot of these songs are about people who are having a tough time keeping pace in this modern world. These are the stories I’ve been interested in telling for the past few years. This record means a ton to me, it was both fun and meaningful to make, and I hope it’s fun and meaningful to listen to. Link in bio. Here goes... #INANW
